Since that time, the firm has provided the planning of over one hundred million square feet.Zausmer, Frisch, Scruton & Aggarwal is made up of two distinct divisions. The design divison is made up of architects, interior designers, and support personnel. The second division is a full service general contracting group.ZFS&A has provided both deisgn-build and design-only design services to almost every segment of the commercial market. Projects have included medical, hospitality, retial, fitness, multi-family housing and office.ZFS&A has the ability to provide every aspect of project planning from intitial concept development through actual construction utilizing "in house" personnel.
